Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once orders have been fulfilled and shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages, as the transit and delivery of packages is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders within the U.S. and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (or USPS Priority Mail if larger) and will include tracking.

 

International Shipping


We offer international shipping to most countries where USPS can ship to. Information on which specific country and locality shipping is available can be found here. If you are unable to input your shipping address upon checkout, we likely will not be able to ship to your address. Depending on the destination and size of the order, international shipping rates may vary. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vi's Creative Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Vi's Creative Creations is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition, if a package is deemed undeliverable due to various reasons (multiple delivery attempts, incorrect shipping address, etc.), if the package has already arrived at the destinations country, it is up to the customer to facilitate the re-delivery of the package. Otherwise, it is very unlikely the package will be sent back to us and will be deemed abandoned and destroyed.

How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order is domestic, you will receive a tracking number you can use to check its status. If your order is international, you will also receive a tracking number, but please note that it may not provide in-country tracking once it has left the US. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic orders, or 40 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for international orders, please contact us at viscreativecreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes within the U.S. and U.S. Territories via USPS.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges


All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any way, please email us as soon as possible at viscreativecreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
